Dear Members, The 2025 Women’s Inter-town Pickleball League was a great success this summer! Barnstable had 5 teams-3 Advanced, 1 High Intermediate, and 1 Intermediate. Mashpee was new this year, joining Chatham/ Brewster, Willys (Eastham), Harwich and Dennis/Yarmouth. Congratulations to the Barnstable Sharks who were undefeated and won the Advanced Championship for the 2nd year in a row! Harwich won for the High Intermediates, and Dennis/Yarmouth won the Intermediates! FOR NEW PLAYERS ONLY: If you are interested in playing in the 2026 Women’s Inter-town League for Barnstable, we will have 2 Advanced Teams (playing on Wednesday nights), 1 High Intermediate, and 1 Intermediate team (playing on Monday nights). This is a 10-week commitment. Both play 4:30-7PM. There are team practices during the week. Sorry gents, no mixed teams. You MUST be 50 years old to play in this league! Ideally, there are 12 players each week, 2 alternates/subs, and you don’t play with the same partner thru the season. The League play requires travel most weeks to either Brewster, Dennis, Harwich, Eastham or Mashpee. The 2026 League play will begin approximately the week of June 8 and finish the week of August 17 (make up week included). It is recommended that you are available to play each week. There are only a few spots left on the teams. League fee is likely to be $65 per participant. There is a cost for team shirts.
