Mixed Doubles, Women's Doubles and Men's Doubles Events - Round Robin Format - 4 games guaranteed for each event - Registration closes end of day May 28 - Partners selected by a blind draw on May 31 at 11:30am at the courts - Intermediate and Advanced Levels for each event - Women's and Men's Doubles in morning; Mixed Doubles in afternoon - Maximum of 20 teams/event Tournament Includes: - Medals for first 3 finishers for each level and event - Lunch included between 11am - 1pm (sandwiches and chips) - Water and bananas provided during play - Participation gift Games will commence at 8am - please check-in between 7:15-7:45. At check-in you will receive your gift, and be asked to sign a waiver. Practice before tournament on first come basis with priority going to teams that are playing in the first game at 8am. All teams can practice for 5 minutes prior to their scheduled match. There will be a master scoreboard hanging on the fence that will include up to date scores of games played, as well as the schedule of games to be played on each court. All games will be to 11; Win by 1. At the end of each match the winning team will write down the score, and both teams will initial it and present it to a score volunteer or to the scoring table. The winner of each group will advance to the medal round. In case of ties for a group the following tie-breakers will be used: 1. Record of wins/loses 2. Head to Head games 3. Total points for all 4 games 4. Total point differential for all 4 games Medal Round will be a round robin consisting of the winning team(s) from each group. Medals will be awarded according to finish. Same tie-breaking rules apply.
